Mary LeBlanc is President and Principal Consultant for Bridger Val Associates LLC. She also serves on the Advisory Board for the Easton Technology Management Center at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Mary’s experience includes Chief Information Officer (CIO) roles in multiple global environments and industries including Pharmaceuticals, Hospitality, Agribusiness, Oil & Gas and Chemicals. Most recently Mary was the Global Pharma CIO for Novartis Pharmaceuticals where she drove several significant digital health initiatives.

Mary has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from Stanford University and an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.

 

 

Randy Paez
Chief Innovation Officer

Randy Paez has held the positions of Chief Innovation Officer, Chief Information Officer, and President, SaaS. The areas of expertise uniquely positions him to set the strategy for the technology products and services for the enterprise, industry, and marketplace.

Randy’s background began writing Medical Bill Review and Claims Management software. He left the insurance industry to run an education startup tutoring kids under the No Child Left Behind legislation and then moved into the consumer web and publishing world, leading the engineering and product teams at WebMD.com prior to joining York Risk Services Group. This mix of industry and experience uniquely positions Randy to disrupt any space he enters. In his off time, you’ll find him CrossFitting, playing basketball, or generally any outdoor activity. Randy resides in NJ, just outside of New York City.

Nicholas Diieso
Senior Vice President

Nick Diieso is a Senior Vice President with Citigroup responsible for Operational Risk coverage for Markets and Securities Services in the Americas. Prior to Citi, Nick was globally responsible for Operational Risk in the infrastructure functions at Deutsche Bank, served as a first line risk director and business CAO for the Specialty Commercial arm of Santander Bank, and as an auditor at GE Capital. Nick attended the John F. Welch College of Business at Sacred Heart University for undergraduate studies and Stanford University for graduate studies.

Grace Monahan
Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer
Henry Schien, Inc

Grace is responsible for the company’s global Information services which include: business systems application development, sales and marketing systems, digital technology, and I.S. infrastructure. She is responsible for the worldwide systems integration of acquisitions, having completed over 30 integrations in her time at Henry Schein Inc. The Company’s Creative Services group also reports into Grace. Grace’s organization is made up of a worldwide team of over 400 Team Schein members.

Prior to joining Henry Schein in 1998, Grace was Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for CMP Media, Inc., a business-to-business publishing company based on Long Island, where she was responsible for all IS activity. Grace held prior positions as EVP Operations and Technology, directing circulation development, magazine production, creative services, human resources, facilities, customer service, market research and direct marketing.

Grace is a graduate of the Higher Achievement Leadership Program (HALI). She is a Board Member of LISTNET (Long Island Software and Technology Network). She is also a member of the Association of Information Technology Professionals. Grace earned a BS in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Long Island University, C.W. Post College.

 

Vijay ViJayasankar

Vijay Vijayasankar is Partner in IBM Services and serves as the Chief Technology Officer for North America. Vijay is a technologist at heart and is a hands-on developer. His current focus includes Applied AI, Robotics, Cloud and Quantum computing.
Before he took on the CTO role, Vijay was the General Manager of Cognitive Business Decisions in North America. Vijay has consulted with Fortune 100 companies in North America, Europe and Asia. Prior to IBM, Vijay was a General Manager at MongoDB and a Global Vice President of Engineering at SAP Labs. He is an avid blogger (http://andvijaysays.com) and can be found on Twitter as @vijayasankarv. He is a mechanical engineer by training and holds an MBA as well.

Lynne Chernow
Senior Technology Executive

A technology leader with more than 25 years of experience in information systems, Lynne serves as a strategic consultant to CIOs and CISOs in the NYC area and is currently at Fordham University.

Previously, Lynne was SVP for HBO, guiding all aspects of running the media company’s IT department, including IT Business Strategy, Organizational Design, and Financial Management. As SVP of Software Engineering, she developed and managed teams building applications across the media supply chain in support of content distribution to HBO GO, HBO On Demand, iTunes, Xbox, and Amazon domestically and in international markets.

Lynne was named a National Fellow of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute. She volunteers with many organizations, with a focus on facilitating underserved women’s entry into technology careers.

Walter Kerner

He has led security, governance, application development, and infrastructure teams in industries including media, sports management, insurance, and direct marketing. In higher education Walter has held key roles at St. John’s University and his current role as Chief Information Security Officer at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. He holds an MBA from New York University and a CISSP certification.

Stephen Fridakis

Stephen G. Fridakis is the Chief Information Security Officer of HBO, located in New York. He has responsibility for the management of IT Security, policy and oversight of networks, content and applications. Prior to HBO he was the CISO of the United Nations FAO and UNDP. His long experience in IT security includes positions at Amazon, VeriSign, Oracle, Netscape, and DHL. He holds post graduate degrees in Business Administration, and Computer Science, and multiple certifications in IT Security Management and Disaster Recovery. He has served in the USNR and is the holder of multiple patents in IT Security technologies. He lives in Westchester, NY with his family.

Mary Kotch

Mary Kotch is the Executive Vice President, Group Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Validus Holdings, a Global Insurer/Reinsurer. In this role, Mrs. Kotch is responsible for driving Validus’ worldwide application & technology, security and global business innovation strategy focusing on revenue growth through use of technology.

Mary leverages a diverse background in Technology, Application Development, Product Development and Law to help drive the creation of new Business Lines/Product Sets to strengthen strategic market positioning. She has over 10 years of managing reinsurance data science/research and portfolio platforms and over 15 years in Insurance driving transformational programs and over 15 years in managing complex Global IT Shared Service Centers for PMO, Development, QA and IT Operations.

Prior to joining Validus Holdings, Mary Kotch was a member of AIG’s executive leadership team and served in various leadership roles including Chief Technology Officer for Americas and Chief Information Officer for the Latin America and the Caribbean. Mrs. Kotch was also awarded the 2014 AIG CAO and IAD Diversity & Inclusion Award for her work championing women in technology and 2017 IICF Inclusion nominee and Speaker. Mary has been featured in “Waters Technology Magazine”, “Executive Profile Magazine”, and was recently selected as “one of The 30 Most Influential Women in Business” and is a frequent Keynote Speaker for various conferences. She is passionate about building up IT talent and working with Universities to enhance their curriculum for technology students.

Danny Hudson

Danny Hudson has global experience in technology innovation for the Hotel & Travel Industry.

This includes leadership roles, setting the global technology strategy, strategic direction, architecture, next gen system development and managing deployments for a series of hotel and travel companies including private firms, Starwood, ITT Sheraton, Hilton International and now with Wyndham Hotel Group.

While CIO of LibGo Travel, Danny led the transition from legacy to next generation solutions. Danny has lead acquisition and integration efforts for several software product companies, developed product and company strategic plans, rebuilt successful technology teams, led major hotel software development efforts and guided branding efforts for a series of industry leading product solutions.

Danny has worked across the globe and lived in Australia, Japan and the US and currently resides in New Jersey.
