Bonnie Holub, Ph.D. Vice President of Data Science & Analytics, Americas
Bonnie K. Holub, Ph.D. leads the Data Science Practice for NTT DATA. In this role, her team is active in creating business intelligence value, where a team of experts partner with clients to build and strengthen an advanced analytics culture through strategies and solutions to build a direct path to growth.
She has served many corporate roles including Data Science Practice Lead at Teradata, VP Talent Analytics at Korn Ferry, Master Data Scientist at Cognizan. She has held the Honeywell Endowed Chair in Global Technology Management in the Graduate Programs in Software, University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN where she was a co-founder of the Center of Excellence for Big Data (CoE4BD). She tweets as bonnieholub.
Dr. Holub earned her doctorate degree in Computer Science/Artificial Intelligence from the University of Minnesota.
Tom Dunlap, Group Chief Data Officer and Head of Enterprise Data Governance

Tom Dunlap is the Group Chief Data Officer (CDO) and Head of Enterprise Data Governance of the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). Tom is responsible for developing and leading LSEG’s data governance strategy, overseeing a global team across multiple sites, engaging with key clients, and working collaboratively across business, operations and technology areas to drive future growth underpinned by a foundational framework that also includes data insight and analysis, records management, and data program management capabilities. Tom is based in the Fort Mill, South Carolina office, where he is the site lead. He joined LSEG in 2018.
Tom has over 30 years of financial services industry experience across a range of data management and operations leadership roles. Prior to LSEG, he was a senior consultant and advisor to Raymond James Financial and fintech company Lingotek. Tom spent 18 years with Goldman Sachs in a variety of operations and data leadership roles, including Managing Director of operations and global head of the firm’s enterprise data strategy and reference data operations. In addition, he held the role of Vice President for Citibank’s Worldwide Securities Services Division.
Tom is a member of the Financial Research Advisory Committee of the US Treasury Department’s Office of Financial Research, on the Board of Directors of the Enterprise Data Management Council, and the CDO Ambassador for South Carolina.
Michelle Hoiseth, Chief Data Officer
Michelle has been working in the drug and device development industry for 30 years. As Chief Data Officer at Parexel, she presently leads the development of Parexel’s real-world data capability, working closely with her colleagues to solve the challenges to the use of real-world data in clinical research, as well as leads Parexel’s enterprise data governance. As CDO, she is focused on Parexel’s culture surrounding its data as its asset and the value to be created from it. As a leader, Michelle is committed to establishing inclusive, invested, innovative teams that transform clinical development for the benefit of patients.
Basu Parasar, Senior Data Scientist

Basu is a Senior Data Scientist at CUNA Mutual Group where she leverages a combination of statistical analysis, machine learning, insightful visualizations and strong business acumen to provide action oriented and impactful solutions to the B2B Sales and Product teams. She believes the world of Data Science allows her to be much more than her technical self – her favorite part of the job is strategizing around how best to provide value from data. Basu is an Electrical & Electronics Engineer and holds a Master’s in Business Analytics from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
Basu is a co-leader of the Asian Heritage Network ERG and her work in the DEI space has been shaped through her own experiences of growing up in India and more recently as an immigrant in the United States. When not working, she loves to read, try out different cuisines and plan her next vacation!
Celeste Fralick, PH.D., Chief Data Scientist and Senior Principal Engineer
Celeste Fralick, Senior Principal Engineer and Chief Data Scientist, is responsible for innovating advanced analytics and analytic processes at McAfee. She was named one of Forbes’ inaugural “Top 50 Women in Technology (Americas)” in Dec. 2018 and CDO Magazine’s inaugural “Global Power Data Women” while earning her company the coveted 2020 IEEE CIS Outstanding Organization Award. She has applied machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence to 10 different markets, spanning a 40-year career in quality, reliability, engineering, and data science. Celeste holds numerous patents and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Arizona State University, concentrating in Deep Learning, Design of Experiments, and neuroscience.
Nan Shao, Ph.D., CVP, Global Head of Analytics Strategy
Nan is the global head of Analytics Strategy at Parexel. She is responsible for the development and execution of an organization-wide analytics strategy that optimizes the delivery of data insights, promotes transformational analytics innovations, and integrates data strategy with technology roadmap. Nan has extensive experience in data and analytics related to clinical research and development. Her expertise spans trial design, analysis, data standards, and statistical innovations. Nan has successfully built and grown major biometrics and data operations functions worldwide at several leading, global organizations in the pharmaceutical industry. She has leveraged innovation to optimize clinical development and business performance.
Nan is a statistician by training. She received a Ph.D. degree and a Master’s degree from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ. Nan is an Executive MBA candidate at the University of Oxford.

Brian Luisi has a PhD in Chemistry from Brown University and is the Regional Manager of Solution Architects at Starburst where he draws from over a decade of data management experience.
Robert Friedland, Field CTO
Based out of San Francisco, Robert is Sisense’s Field CTO for the Northwestern US. His primary focuses revolve around growing the enterprise client base, supporting pre and post-sales in the region, and guiding the direction of the product. Constantly focused on business strategy, data strategy, and maximizing the value of data, Robert is a key advisor and source of knowledge to prospects, customers, and product teams looking to leverage analytics.
