Lidia Salgado is Sr. Vice President in Citigroup’s Capital Planning division, where she helps manage regulatory exams and Citi’s Transformation efforts. Prior to Citigroup, Lidia helped launch Diligent Equity, an investment tracking and governance tool within Diligent Corporation’s suite of software. Previously, Lidia served as New York Market Manager for Early Growth Financial Services (EGFS), a national outsourced CFO, accounting and tax organization for the technology sector. Earlier in her career she held a variety of financial services roles on Wall Street working for Morgan Stanley as well as boutique investment firms in New York City.

Gulsen Kama is a strategic finance executive with experience in a diverse set of industries spanning health care, technology, financial services, retail and airlines. Driven by helping companies maximize return to shareholders, she takes pride in achieving long-term targets and vision through cross functional implementation of near-term execution plans. Gulsen is also passionate about building, developing and motivating high performing teams. She is an energetic, enthusiastic and influential thought leader with highest degree of integrity.

Gulsen holds an Industrial Engineering degree with an MBA from University of Georgia. She currently resides in the New York City metropolitan area.

Bruce DobbsVice President Corporate Finance & Marketing

Bruce Dobbs is a business philosopher, thought leader and biotechnology executive who leverages his exemplary analytical and problem-solving skills to manage and oversee finance and operational functions in the development of Singh Biotechnology’s assets in orphan diseases, oncology, immunology, ophthalmology, and virology. Along with the responsibility of strategically aligning financial planning and analysis to ensure the company’s objectives and managing key relationships, he translates high-level scientific terms and concepts into easy to understand language for non-scientists.
