Neil Jadhav, Vice President Business and Data Analytics
Neil Jadhav leads the P&L responsibility for the data science & analytics business at Cubic Corporation in addition to managing the enterprise information management group responsible for delivering business analytics for the entire corporation. As the chief of the data science & analytics discipline, he leads the teams that manage information management, data governance, data engineering, data science, and AI/ML engineers. The teams analyze more than 24 billion annual trips through the transit systems in the world’s leading cities such as New York, London, Chicago, Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area, Sydney, Brisbane, and many more captured through Cubic’s gates and payment processors installed on these transit networks. Cubic’s cameras, tolling, and traffic management systems complement the data needed for cities and agencies to draw a complete mobility management solution.
Before Cubic, Neil was responsible for delivering analytics-driven digital transformation for companies such as Adobe Systems, Slalom Consulting, BP, Cadbury, and multiple Fortune 500 organizations. Neil is an Electronics & Telecommunication engineer and earned his MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Nancy Wang, General Manager AWS Data Protection, Compliance and Governance Business
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Nancy Wang is a technical leader at Amazon Web Services, where she leads P&L, product, engineering, and design for its data protection and governance businesses. Prior to Amazon, she led SaaS product development at Rubrik, the fastest-growing enterprise software unicorn, and built healthdata.gov for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Passionate about advancing more women into technical roles, Nancy is the founder & CEO of Advancing Women in Tech, a global 501(c)(3) nonprofit with 16,000+ members spanning three continents.
Nancy is an angel investor in data security and compliance companies, and an LP with several seed-and growth-stage funds such as Operator Collective and IVP. She earned a degree in computer science from the University of Pennsylvania.
Prakriteswar Santikary, Ph.D., Former Vice President, Chief Data Officer
Dr. Santikary is an accomplished technology executive and a disruptor with over 25 years of industry experience in architecting, building, and commercializing software products, platforms, and solutions at scale by employing modern techniques of distributed computing, cloud computing, modern software architecture, and artificial intelligence. In his previous role as Vice President and Global Chief Data Officer at ERT – a global data and technology company in the clinical trials and drug discovery industry – Dr. Santikary led the vision, strategy, and execution of ERT’s global data and platform architecture, cloud architecture and AI.
A thought leader and a data evangelist, Dr. Santikary is a frequently invited speaker at global software architecture conferences including the IBM Chief Data Officer summit and MIT Chief Data Officer and Information Quality Conference. Prior to joining ERT, Dr. Santikary held several technology executive roles including serving as Head of Data Engineering and Director of Engineering at eBay, VP of Engineering at Zeta Global, Chief Architect and Technologist at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, and Research Scientist at The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Dr. Santikary earned his Ph.D. in Computer Simulation at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India, and post-doctoral research at The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Hunter Storm, Chief Executive Officer
Hunter Storm is an Information Security professional who has held positions in Fortune 100 enterprises. Storm is a Mensa member, is listed in “Who’s Who in America,” and received the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award.
Enabling business success requires balancing risk and security. Storm’s risk experience extends beyond both. A former inline speed racer, she also holds a ProAutosports license.
Storm is known for explaining technical terms in innovative ways. She has a reputation for being the most personable cybersecurity expert most have ever spoken with…probably because she translates from Greek to English and puts people at ease.
Lele Palomo, Director

Lele is the West Market leader with over 21 years of experience in Data Management and Analytics. She has helped customers with a data strategy roadmap from their current IT environment to a Cloud environment. Lele is passionate about helping companies effectively and efficiently leverage data that leads to business outcomes. Her specialty includes Data Integration, Data Processing Platforms, Data Visualization, Data Governance, and Data Privacy.
Matthew Monahan, Zaloni Product Management
Matthew Monahan is Zaloni’s Director of Product Management, with years of experience building every aspect of software applications. Before Zaloni, he has held strategic product leadership roles at companies at the forefront of innovation including IBM, Triangle Web Applications, and Progress.
Tom Nats, Director of Customer Solutions
Tom Nats is Director of Customer Solutions at Starburst. He has over 20 years of hands-on experience in data warehousing, data lakes, data integration, and architecture. His current technical focuses include assisting customers with architecting the next generation of data analytics infrastructure including helping with the quickly growing adoption of Presto as the industry-standard query engine of choice.
Chuck Frisbie, Field Chief Technology Officer
Chuck Frisbie is Sisense’s Field CTO for the Southeast US region. His main goals are to support and enhance several field teams in the region, both pre, and post-sales, and to help steer product direction and roadmap. Chuck is an advocate for building intelligent, data-driven applications and business solutions. He specializes in designing advanced data architectures and go-to-market strategies with a focus on large OEM and enterprise accounts. Chuck has a background in analytics, data warehousing, and smart grid utility applications. He is an amateur pilot and enjoys rock climbing, skiing, hiking, and anything else in the great outdoors!
