Awah Teh is a seasoned technology executive and serial entrepreneur with a strong background in the FinTech, media tech, and health tech spaces. From high-growth tech start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, Awah’s corporate experiences center around leveraging data to build robust, insights-driven, and innovation-fueled business cultures and products. Before CapitalOne, Awah was the Global Chief Data Architect at Yahoo (formerly Verizon Media) where he was responsible for formulating a modernized data strategy to drive digital transformation for Yahoo’s massive data asset moving to public clouds.

Nancy Wang, General Manager, AWS Data Protection and Governance
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Nancy Wang is a technical leader at Amazon Web Services, where she leads P&L, product, engineering, and design for its data protection and governance businesses. Prior to Amazon, she led SaaS product development at Rubrik, the fastest-growing enterprise software unicorn, and built healthdata.gov for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Passionate about advancing more women into technical roles, Nancy is the founder & CEO of Advancing Women in Tech, a global 501(c)(3) nonprofit with 16,000+ members spanning three continents.
Nancy is an angel investor in data security and compliance companies, and an LP with several seed-and growth-stage funds such as Operator Collective and IVP. She earned a degree in computer science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Veronika Belokhvostova, VP, Data Science
Meta
Veronika Belokhvostova is a VP of Data Science at Meta. In this role she oversees Integrity, Customer Support, and Social Impact teams in the US and Europe. Integrity teams focus on protecting 3B Meta users from hate speech, terrorism propaganda, harassment, account compromise, election interference and other Community Standards violations through sophisticated algorithms and support tools. Social Impact teams build tools that enable millions of Meta users to do good, such as volunteer and raise funds for non-profits.
Before Meta, Veronika spent over a decade leading analytics efforts at other companies. She was the VP of Analytics at Hotwire (Expedia Inc), led an elite analytics and strategy team focused on projects sponsored by the company’s President at PayPal (eBay Inc.), and led litigation-focused analyses as part of the Deloitte Economic Consulting Group. Veronika graduated from Stanford with a BA with Honors in Economics and a minor in Computer Science. She holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

Kiran Kanetkar, Vice President – Data and Analytics

Kiran Kanetkar is an accomplished Technology Executive Leader passionate about solving business problems that deliver business value. He has subject matter expertise in delivering business strategy that is powered by Data and Analytics (DNA). His hands-on approach ensures technical debt is retired using modern agile technology architecture that leverages modern cloud and microservices based IT landscape.
Currently Kiran works as VP of Data and Analytics at Pendulum Therapeutics. He has completed Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai, Post Graduate Diploma in Management from NITIE, Mumbai and an MBA from Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.
