Al Gardner is Vice President of Information Technology and Security at Inspirato, a global luxury hospitality company based in Denver, Colorado. He received both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Business Administration. Mr. Gardner specializes in executive-level strategic technology management. He is active in several organizations that promote and expand access to technology. Mr. Gardner serves as a Board Member of Colorado Technology Association’ on the Advisory Board of the Denver Business Administration for the Community College of Denver and was a recipient of the 2021 C-Suite Award given by the Denver Business Journal.
Nancy Felix, Sr. Leader, Software Development – Amazon Devices

Nancy Felix is the Sr. Leader, Software Development – Amazon Devices at Amazon. Before joining Amazon, Nancy was the Vice President of Software Development at ANGI Home Services. She has spent her entire career in the Information Technology industry starting as a young programmer and later moving into various leadership roles. She loves leading teams, mentoring, growing others, and innovating using new technologies.
Nancy holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Math/Computer Science degree from the State University of New York in Binghamton.
Nancy is passionate about helping others and making a difference in her community and wherever she can. She belongs to the Board of Directors of Lambi Fund of Haiti: an organization that helps provide resources to community-based organizations in Haiti. She is also a board member of Project I See You: An organization whose mission is to ‘see’ women and create spaces where women can awaken inwardly, express vulnerability, and change their communities. This work started with women from the Dominican Republic and has moved to Denver.
Nancy believes in being a role model and mentor, not only for her children but for all young men and women who need her help. Her hobbies include hiking, biking, reading, and traveling.
Jim Stephens, Chief Information Security Officer

Jim is the Chief Information Officer for TransMagic, Inc., providing leadership and engagement of secure technology solutions geared to maintaining and growing business operations and infrastructure for TransMagic a “20 Year” leader in Power Tools for 3D CAD Data that supports the Automotive, Manufacturing, DoD, Aerospace, Machine Shops, and more industry-wide.
2021 starts TransMagic’s 20th year in business and the last 8 ½ years Jim has developed and implemented a secure cybersecurity program from endpoint protection, unified threat management, security information and event management (SIEM), risk analysis, penetration testing, mitigation/response, and most importantly security education for employees creating a successful enterprise business solution.
Cybersecurity is not the only responsibility as he engages in daily operations, development, and support. His belief is if you do not understand what is going on in operations and product development, how can you grow and protect the business!
He has certifications with Microsoft, Endian, and NetApp. Currently, he has attended several CISSP courses working towards his CISSP Certification as well as Ethical Hacker, and Cisco Meraki. Looking to attend the Enterprise Cybersecurity Leadership Academy in the near future.

Ivan Smirnov is the Co-Founder and CTO of Elude. Prior to founding Elude, Ivan was a software engineer at Google, leading projects to improve their core “Search” feature along with Google Ads, Google Assistant, and Google Cloud.
Ivan is a builder, problem solver, and engineer passionate about creating code-based solutions to technological problems. While working at Google, Ivan spent his time sourcing through people’s problems on GitHub lending his invaluable expertise to strangers who need his help. In fact, sometimes he even admits to dreaming in code.
He strives to make life easier for people, be it a niche time-saving script or an exciting new product that millions will love, and believes that there are endless possibilities for improving this world.
Ivan received a B.A. from UC Berkeley and Computer Science and received his MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
