Matt Bergen, Chief Technology Officer, Global CIO Services
General Dynamics Information Technology
Matt Bergen is Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Business Integration and Transformation Services for Global CIO Services at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). He is responsible for driving increased business value and competitiveness through the transformation and integration of GDIT’s systems and business processes. Matt joined GDIT through acquisition and has been with the company for seven years. Prior to GDIT, Matt held both technical and cybersecurity leadership positions across a variety of industries. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in criminal justice and has an extensive background in IT strategy and architecture, IT services, and cybersecurity.
Nancy Felix, Vice President of Software Development
Nancy Felix is the Vice President of Software Development at ANGI Home Services. She has spent her entire career in the Information Technology industry starting as a young programmer and later moving into various leadership roles. She loves leading teams, mentoring, growing others, and innovating using new technologies.
Nancy holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Math/Computer Science degree from the State University of New York in Binghamton.
Nancy is passionate about helping others and making a difference in her community and wherever she can. She belongs to the Board of Directors of Lambi Fund of Haiti: an organization that helps provides resources to community-based organizations in Haiti. She is also a board member of Project I See You: An organization whose mission is to ‘see’ women and create spaces where women can awaken inwardly, express vulnerability, and change their communities. This work started with women from the Dominican Republic and has moved to Denver.
Nancy believes in being a role model and mentor, not only for her children but for all young men and women who need her help. Her hobbies include hiking, biking, reading, and traveling.
Al Gardner, Vice President Information Technology and Security
Al Gardner is Vice President of Information Technology and Security at Inspirato, a global luxury hospitality company based in Denver, Colorado. He received both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Business Administration. Mr. Gardner specializes in executive-level strategic technology management. He is active in several organizations that promote and expand access to technology. Mr. Gardner serves as a Board Member of Colorado Technology Association’ on the Advisory Board of the Denver Business Administration for the Community College of Denver and was a recipient of the 2021 C-Suite Award given by the Denver Business Journal.
Jim Stephens, Chief Information Security Officer
Jim is the Chief Information Officer for TransMagic, Inc., providing leadership and engagement of secure technology solutions geared to maintaining and growing business operations and infrastructure for TransMagic a “20 Year” leader in Power Tools for 3D CAD Data that supports the Automotive, Manufacturing, DoD, Aerospace, Machine Shops, and more industry-wide.
2021 starts TransMagic’s 20th year in business and the last 8 ½ years Jim has developed and implemented a secure cybersecurity program from endpoint protection, unified threat management, security information and event management (SIEM), risk analysis, penetration testing, mitigation/response, and most importantly security education for employees creating a successful enterprise business solution.
Cybersecurity is not the only responsibility as he engages in daily operations, development, and support. His belief is if you do not understand what is going on in operations and product development, how can you grow and protect the business!
He has certifications with Microsoft, Endian, and NetApp. Currently, he has attended several CISSP courses working towards his CISSP Certification as well as Ethical Hacker, and Cisco Meraki. Looking to attend the Enterprise Cybersecurity Leadership Academy in the near future.
Cory Sober, Manager of Systems Engineering
Cory Sober is a Manager of Systems Engineering at Fortinet and is based in Denver, Colorado. Prior to joining Fortinet in 2018, Cory owned and operated managed IT service providers and later led technology initiatives for private-equity-funded companies in the wind and midstream energy. His broad experience in networking and cybersecurity allows for a deep understanding of the challenges facing technology professionals today. In his spare time, Cory enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and photography.
Todd Radermacher, Regional Director
Todd Radermacher has been working with computer and network technology for the past 35 years, starting with Systems Programmer and Technologist positions with the federal government and moving into the commercial sector as an Engineer. Todd has since held various technical and managerial positions with technology start-up companies, primarily focusing on cybersecurity.
