Krista Arndt, Chief Information Security Officer

Krista Arndt is the Chief Information Security Officer at United Musculoskeletal Partners. Prior to joining United Musculoskeletal Partners, she was the Director, of Security GRC at Voyager Digital. She has dedicated her career to partnering with and guiding her peers on the institution of Cybersecurity best practices. Krista enjoys helping organizations overcome the unique challenge of balancing an effective Cybersecurity program while enabling business initiatives within the confines of heavily regulated and emerging industries.
Krista has over 13 years of combined experience in Information Security Risk Management, Governance, & Compliance in the Department of Defense and the Financial Industry. Krista is an active member of WiCyS Delaware Valley, FS-ISAC, ISACA, and Infraguard and mentors other women interested in building a career in cybersecurity. When off the clock, Krista takes her affinity for overcoming challenges to the race track, where she competes in a national drag racing series and uses her racing as a forum to advocate for autism awareness.
Robert Sheesley, Chief Information Officer

Robert Sheesley, as thirty years of business and technology transformation experience in a variety of industries, including health care, manufacturing and consumer home services. In his current CIO role Robert is responsible for the information, technology and computer systems enabling and supporting Wrench Group’s enterprise goals and driving technology innovation and the adoption and use of technology across the enterprise to support data-driven strategies, information-based decision making and digital transformation to create competitive advantage and drive organic and transactional growth.
A United States Marine and Operation Desert Storm Veteran, Robert is an active member of the Board of Directors of the Veterans Leadership Program. He holds an MBA and Bachelor of Science Degree of Communications from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
Daniel Wille, Senior System Engineer

Daniel Wille has been at the forefront of technical innovation for more than a decade, helping to shape concepts, strategies, and standards used across many enterprises today. His technical acumen and experience span everything from physical servers/networking, support, federal contracting, technical sales, professional services, product management, digital marketing, leadership roles, and more. His work throughout the years has helped customers accelerate and realize mission success in Fed/SLED, Manufacturing/Supply Chain, Health Care, Financial Services, Consumer Goods/Retail, and other verticals. Daniel currently is part of the Global Technology Office at Boomi.
Christopher Fielder, Field Chief Technology Officer

Christopher Fielder has been in the cybersecurity world for over 20 years with experience from a range of military, government, and corporate environments. Christopher holds 18 industry certifications including the CISSP, GPEN, GISP, GCFE, GSEC, GCIH, CEH, and more; along with a Master’s Degree in Information Security. Today he is the Field CTO for Artic Wolf where he enjoys researching emerging security trends and highlighting the expertise of the Arctic Wolf team.
