Leon Ravenna is currently the Chief Information Security Officer at KAR Global. KAR Global is a FORTUNE® 700 company with $2.5 B in revenue and 15,000 employees. KAR operates global vehicle auction, financial services, repossession as well as a complete range of reconditioning and logistical support services. In 2019 KAR provided services to 3.5 million vehicles. Leon is responsible for leading Global Strategy & Execution for Cybersecurity, Privacy and Compliance, and more in his current position.

Roy C. Bené II, Vice President, Director of Information Technology and Information Security Officer

With over 24 years of IT and Information Security experience beginning in his military career, Roy is no stranger to the challenges faced from a security standpoint in the world of IT, today. For the past 4 years, Roy has been the IT director and ISO for NexBank SSB. During this time he has implemented several changes to the bank’s infrastructure by deploying new, more secure, technologies, as well as made changes to the bank’s Information and Cybersecurity programs that have been key in keeping NexBank ahead of the curve. Prior to NexBank, Roy spent a lot of his civilian career as an IT consultant. From 1994 to 2007, Roy enjoyed a very prosperous Naval Career.
Outside the IT realm, Roy has a sincere passion for the culinary arts. A Le Cordon Bleu graduate, he has cooked in 3 different countries and has a commercial kitchen in beautiful Salem, Massachusetts. Roy was also awarded best home chef (instructor) in Fort Worth in 2015 by Thumbtack.
Roy is a huge proponent of charity work and has been involved with several projects at Make-A-Wish, Habitat for Humanity, and, American Red Cross. He donates his time to disaster relief initiatives, as well as provides free IT support to churches and other nonprofits who may not be able to afford IT services. Roy, a native of New Orleans, lives in Grand Prairie, Texas with his wife Tammy.

Wiktor (Victor) Mikos has spent over 20 years in Systems / Network Engineering, IT Infrastructure & Operations leadership positions in the financial technology and e-commerce arenas. His approach has always been very hands-on in overseeing global IT and data center environments, mentoring and guiding distributed teams, implementing best practices to everyday operational undertakings while shaping future strategic directions for organizations leveraging emerging technologies and innovations.
Wiktor has obtained both his graduate and post-graduate degrees from Illinois Institute of Technology in MIS and Telecommunications Management fields and has received many awards and certifications in his areas of expertise over the years.

Bob Ertl is responsible for product marketing at Accellion. With over 20 years of product management/product marketing experience, he specializes in delivering software innovations that transform the effectiveness of business teams. Prior to Accellion, he concentrated on business intelligence and data warehousing at Oracle, Hyperion, Brio, and several start-ups, as both a consultant and product vendor, across a variety of vertical industries.
Bob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Norman Kromberg, Vice President Information Security/Chief Information Security Officer

Norman Kromberg serves as the Vice President Information Security/Chief Information Security Officer at SouthernCarlson in the Greater Omaha Area. He is a security, technology audit, controls, governance, risk management, quality, and compliance subject matter expert. With over 30 years of professional experience, he has helped companies of any size and complexity implement effective security and technology control management programs.
At SouthernCarlson, Norman is leading the development of the information security program. This included defining the information security policy, implementation of solutions that meet business-aligned security requirements, formalization of an executive steering committee, formal roadmap to advance the program across 53 capabilities, and operational oversight of critical security functions. He led the integration of information security with the business strategy. His role includes being the subject matter expert for all communications related to information risk/security management.
Christopher Davis, Chief Information Officer

Christopher Davis was hired in October 2020 as Chief Information Officer (CIO). Prior to joining The Tile Shop, Christopher led the technology functions as CIO for Mspark and Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers. He also was a technology leader at Sleep Number for eleven years leading every IT function at least once and spearheaded major transformation efforts for ERP, CRM, eCommerce and infrastructure. He also worked for Pricewaterhouse Coopers, IBM Global Services, Maytag, and Whirlpool in progressive leadership roles. Christopher completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Japanese from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
Michael Fisher, Group Product Manager

Michael is a long-time tech enthusiast and experienced IT product leader heading up the observability and digital experience platform at OpsRamp. He has worked on various projects throughout his career, such as Dynamic Topology discovery, Algorithmic Alert Clustering, and Anomaly Detection. In general, Michael has a passion for solving the most difficult problems organizations face, in innovative yet impactful ways. When he is not working, you can find Michael playing a competitive game of chess, or practicing Jiu-Jitsu.
Brent Schroeder, Chief Technology Officer

SUSE CTO, Mr. Schroeder is responsible for shaping SUSE’s technology and portfolio strategy in support of emerging use cases in areas such as Hybrid Cloud, Edge Computing, and AI/ML. He drives the technology relationship with numerous industry partners, participates in open source communities as well as evangelizes the SUSE vision with customers, press, and analysts.
Mr. Schroeder brings to SUSE 30 years of technology innovation and development experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining SUSE, with Dell’s Office of the CTO, he was responsible for software technology strategy covering hybrid cloud, systems management, virtualization, and operating systems. Mr. Schroeder has also held various management and engineering roles with NCR, Compaq, and HP.
Mr. Schroeder holds Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from Iowa State University.
