Riaz Yusuff is a Chief Information Office of OHR at the University of Minnesota. Riaz has started his career as a developer and played various roles including project manager, IT manager, and IT director. Before the University of Minnesota, Riaz has worked at Capella University and Computer Science Corporation.

During his 19 years of IT experience, Riaz has implemented several on-premise and cloud applications. With his dual Master’s Degree in IT and Business Administration, combined with broad IT experience, Riaz has developed strong business acumen and skill to align IT’s culture to business culture.

Mohammad Tausifuddin, Senior Business Consultant-Global Information Security

Mohammad Tausifuddin (Tausif) is a Senior Cyber Security/Business Consultant at Zurich Insurance where he worked in a variety of Business and IT roles for more than 10 years. Tausif has extensive experience in Claims & Underwriting IT, Operations Transformation, and Global Information Security. In his current role, he oversees the coordination, development, and execution of a variety of complex Cyber Security Analytics initiatives.

Most recently, Tausif led the effort to perform a gap analysis of Zurich’s Cyber Analytics Reporting Program that resulted in the development of a Target Operating Model and the implementation of a Roadmap.

His experience includes designing agile delivery strategies, implementation of roadmaps, development of target operating models and assessment & design of global cybersecurity metrics, and leading the execution of enterprise-wide programs. He holds an M.B.A (Finance) and a Master’s in Business Analysis. Tausif also earned his certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance.

Matthew Ireland, Chief Information Security Officer

Matt Ireland is a proven strategic leader with a diverse background across many domains including executive consulting, healthcare, manufacturing, financial//banking industries, and emergency services (Law Enforcement, EMS, and Fire/Rescue). He enjoys leading teams through culture change, fixing complex business problems, and driving profitable revenue growth.

He has a leadership role in three different large-scale data center facility moves. Each move consisted of over 6 months of planning, budgeting, scheduling of the move, and corresponding core architecture (re)design. Matt is also currently working on wrapping up a year+ multi-business building consolidation project where a new “Smart-Facility” is a single new campus, consolidating over 12 NTT Operating Companies. This is not only a significant cost saving for NTT but enables the use of multiple Covid Back-To-Work technologies for contact tracing, health monitoring, and building capacity management.

He believes it is important to give back to the communities where our families live, work, and play. He is a committed community leader as Assistant Scout Leader, an active member of the Indian Hills Community College Computer Networks and Security Advisory Committee, Fire Department Captain, EMT, Reserve Deputy Sheriff, and past Vice President of local InfraGard chapter. 

Renato Delatorre, Former Director of Cyber Security

Renato is a 20 + year veteran of the Cybersecurity industry. He got his start doing attack and penetration before it was a thing. He has held leadership roles in Cybersecurity in several different industries – Finance, Banking, Communications, Manufacturing, and Consumer Technology. In addition to operational cyber roles, he has been responsible for managing cybersecurity products to market.

In his various roles, he has built out teams to address the fundaments of cybersecurity – Risk, Vulnerability, Incident Response, Policy and Governance, Identity and Access Management.

Renato is an advocate of a password less world and building on the fundamentals of cybersecurity.

His approach has always been very hands-on in overseeing global IT and data center environments, mentoring and guiding distributed teams, implementing best practices to everyday operational undertakings while shaping future strategic directions for organizations leveraging emerging technologies and innovations.

Wiktor has obtained both his graduate and post-graduate degrees from Illinois Institute of Technology in MIS and Telecommunications Management fields and has received many awards and certifications in his areas of expertise over the years.

Before starting Capacity, David was the CEO of Answers Corp. He and his business partner Chris Sims started the parent company of Answers in 2006 and sold it to a private equity firm in 2014 for north of $900m.

David sits on the boards of Varsity Tutors (an on-demand, real-time learning platform in the ed-tech space), a Loop (a computer science education non-profit tackling the digital divide by teaching kids to code), and Prepare.ai (a non-profit providing educational resources and strategic guidance about Artificial Intelligence to individuals, communities, and companies).
