Elbridge Locklear, Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Elbridge Locklear has over 25 years leadership experience in delivering innovative solutions through technology strategy, vision, development, implementation, and digital transformation.  Elbridge is SVP&CIO at Summa Health. He is responsible for leadership for all information technology including infrastructure, project management, cybersecurity, customer service, informatics, telecommunications, ambulatory systems, clinical systems and analytics, and software development.  Previously, Mr. Locklear served as a senior technology executive at Novant Health in North Carolina—a $6.9B not-for-profit healthcare system that operates over 16 hospitals.  Elbridge is a former marine sergeant with a B.S. in electronics engineering, a M.B.A, and is a CHIME Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO).

Rich Nagle, Interim AVP and Chief Information Security Officer

Rich Nagle has a unique perspective on information technology informed by a breadth and depth of experience across a variety of industries and IT specializations over the last 25 years. Currently the Interim CISO for The Ohio State University, Rich has served as a leader in information systems and security with experience in software development, financial, banking, manufacturing, distribution and higher education industries. Rich’s experiences include Security, Information Risk, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Infrastructure management, Purchasing operations, IT asset management, project management, business analysis, user training and operational initiatives.

Anthony Foust, Global Chief Information Security Officer

Anthony Foust is a 25 year veteran in Information Technology working across several industries and currently serves as the global CISO for Belron International Limited, an automotive services organization headquartered outside of London, UK and parent company of such brands as Safelite Autoglass®, Carglass® and Autoglass® operating in 39 countries across the globe. As the global CISO, Anthony is responsible for the development and transformation of the global cybersecurity, data privacy, cyber governance, cyber risk and compliance programs serving 30,000 employees and more than 15M customers annually.

Hed Kovetz, Chief Executive Officer

Hed serves as Silverfort’s CEO and is one of the company’s Co-Founders. He brings a unique technical and leadership background, including product leadership roles at Verint, where he led the company’s nation-scale cybersecurity product and won the company’s innovation competition for his patent-pending inventions. Hed previously served as a Group Leader at the famous 8200 elite cyber unit of the Israel Defense Forces, where he received the unit’s excellence awards and the Chief of Intelligence Corps Award for Innovation. Hed holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University.

Katie Zehnder, Vice President Technology Group

Katie has over 20 years of experience leading teams to achieve innovative and complex transportation infrastructure and modernization. Her team leads HNTB’s efforts on several high-profile projects, especially those involving strategic and systems planning and procurement assistance. In Ohio, these have included the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor program value for money study, various ODOT Innovative Delivery and DriveOhio initiatives and several City of Columbus technology programs including Smart Columbus and Citywide Smart Streetlighting. Katie lives in Westerville with her husband, Don Zehnder, a synthetic organic chemist with Battelle, and their 8-year old, Ashley Marie.

Vern Childers, Chief Information Officer

Vern Childers is the Chief Information Officer of Meyer Tool and Meyer Digital, the leading manufacturing company that utilizes advanced technologies and dynamic manufacturing processes to deliver high-quality products for the aerospace and gas turbine engine industries. At Meyer Tool, Vern serves as a leader of a global team that is responsible for all technologies, software development, and support of the corporate IT infrastructure, including voice and data networks, system administration, storage, desktop support, and all data centers. As a change agent who creates a dynamic, responsive, and business-driven IT organization, he has led several groundbreaking initiatives for the company, including the launch of a new Internet of Things (IoT) initiative focused on machine productivity, availability, and downtime reduction.

Prior to Meyer Tool, Vern served as IT Manager and Global Virtualization Program Leader at Fortune 20 companies, Amazon and General Electric respectively. In these roles, he led teams to develop new technologies and implement them on enterprise-wide and global scales. For his work at Amazon, he received the accolade of North America’s Q4 IT Peak Leader for three consecutive years – 2012, 2013, to 2014. Vern also developed his expertise in IT, manufacturing, and leadership from his previous roles at, Matsushita, and Inacom.

Vern holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems and Business Administration. He has garnered several certifications, including GE Lean Six Sigma, Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, and Checkpoint Certified Systems Administrator, to name a few.

Steve Karam, Vice President, Education and Experience

Steve Karam, Vice President, Education & Experience, is a long-time leader in data technology and education with over 20 years in the IT industry. As an Oracle consultant under the pseudonym of the Oracle Alchemist, he has earned recognition as an Oracle Certified Master, Oracle ACE, and has spoken at many conferences including Oracle Open World, and been published in books and articles. Steve is also a natural tinkerer and has worked with most cloud, RDBMS, NoSQL, and development systems.

Elle Wilhelm is a Cyber Security Team Leader at Darktrace, the world’s leading AI company for cyber defense. At Darktrace, Wilhelm works with leading organizations in a range of industries to deploy and operationalize cutting-edge technologies. During Wilhelm’s time at Darktrace, the company has grown to over 4,500 customers and has been the recipient of numerous achievements, including Forbes Cloud and CNBC Disruptor 50. Wilhelm holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and is based in Darktrace’s New York office.

Suresh Iyer has over 25 years of experience in the technology sector ranging from global delivery of business services, process and digital transformation, plant automation, client management, strategy & practice development. He is passionate about building technology businesses and has helped shape the Supply chain & procurement of digital technology & process operating landscape for several large US, European, and APAC enterprises over the last two decades.

Currently, Suresh heads the Global Sales, Process & Digital Transformation for Centum Group, a global leader in Electronics Design and Manufacturing and Supply Chain & Procurement Solutions supporting Fortune 500 enterprises.

Prior to Centum, Suresh was instrumental in transforming Corbus LLC into a leading supply chain & digital transformation enterprise as their President & CEO working with fortune 500 clients. Prior to Corbus he spent 17 years at GE and Genpact (a spin-off from GE in 2005), played various roles leading Supply Chain and Analytics business, Supply Chain Process & Digital Transformation leader, and last served as Global Head of Sales for their Manufacturing & Services business leading the growth globally across all products, service lines and geographies.

Suresh has an entrepreneurial outlook, he is an investor and advisor to ConnectE Technology LLC, an eCommerce start-up firm focused on Engineering talent.
