Todd Bell serves dual roles like the Chief Information Security Officer & Executive Director of IT Compliance at Valleywise Health in Phoenix, AZ. As a strategic business and technology leader, Bell drives and champions the company’s enterprise vision, strategy, and programs to protect patients, critical data, and clinical systems both within the organization in conjunction with Arizona Health Education Alliance.

As transformational security and business leader, Bell has more than 20 years of experience in IT and security strategy and execution having held senior leadership roles with many of the world’s most recognized Fortune 500 brands in various capacities. Most recently, Bell served as Chief Security & Trust Officer for Verdigris Holdings, a mobile banking platform to open financial markets to the under-served of banking. In this role, he was a critical leader in securing the company’s enterprise API network of SaaS vendors and turning the technology model to 100% cloud. For over a decade Bell has served various roles in corporations bringing steadfast leadership and “turn-around” expertise.

Bell has served two Board of Directory positions for two Special District public utilities in North Colorado Springs, Board Advisor to Forticode, Board Advisor to Versive, Board Advisor to Cloud Central. Bell is published across the globe for his contributions to technology & cybersecurity.

Paul T. Cottey is Water Street’s Chief Information Officer. He collaborates with Water Street’s family of healthcare companies to engage and align their information technology strategy to support their business growth objectives. During a nearly 20-year career with Accenture, he consulted with numerous corporations on their IT strategy as an Executive Partner. He oversaw IT initiatives for a variety of companies during his tenure with The Gores Group. He served as CIO of R1RCM, a leading revenue cycle management firm, and was CIO and an executive leadership team member of PatientMatters LLC. Mr. Cottey’s work has been published in many industry publications.

Jeff has been leading local government in Arizona and Colorado for 13 years and has 14 years of experience in the private sector leading large scale software development.

Marcus Fowler

Marcus Fowler spent 15 years at the Central Intelligence Agency developing global cyber operations and technical strategies, until joining Darktrace in 2019. He has led cyber efforts with various US Intelligence Community elements and global partners and has extensive experience advising senior leaders on cyber efforts. He is recognized as a leader in developing and deploying innovative cyber solutions. Before serving at the CIA, Marcus was an officer in the United States Marine Corps. Marcus has an engineering degree from the United States Naval Academy and a Masters’ Degree in International Security Studies from The Fletcher School. He also completed Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Advanced Management Program.
