Jeff Bowden is the Regional CIO for the US headquarters of Seco Tools, LLC, a world leader in metal cutting technology. Jeff was brought in as a transitional agent to reshape the technical direction of the company, as well as to prepare them for the ongoing digital transformation of the manufacturing industry. In addition, he is working to ensure the IT direction is aligned with corporate objectives and vision.

Jeff holds an MBA from Michigan State University and a BS in MIS from Oakland University. In addition, he holds a number of technical certifications and has been published in several industry journals.

Melissa Hohauser, Deputy Chief Information Officer
Chemical Bank

Melissa Hohauser is a graduate of DeVry University with a degree in Technical Management specializing in Project Management -Magna cum laude. Melissa is the knowledge expert in process optimization and technology management as an ITIL certified professional. She has led the development of people, processes and services across many Fortune 500 companies. Currently, Melissa is Vice President, Deputy CIO at Chemical Bank, a division of TCF Bank. She also serves on the board of HDI Motown Chapter as Vice President of Programs and volunteers with Paws for Life Animal Rescue.

Paul Wright, Chief Information Officer, Vice President of Information Technology

Paul Wright, has served as the Information Technology leader for Accuride Corporation since March 2013, leading the Company’s global Information Technology group with responsibility for Systems, Network, and Infrastructure stability and performance. Wright’s responsibilities also include the development and implementation of standardized and improved business processes and systems from multiple disparate platforms into cloud-based, cross-company solutions. As the CIO Wright has been responsible for Accuride’s digital transformation to a cloud first strategy, completing the global implementation of cloud ERP, CRM, HRM and office applications through the global expansion of Accuride from a regional to a global company.

Michael Hunter, Vice President, and Chief Information Officer
Team Wellness Center

Michael Hunter is Chief Information Officer with Team Wellness Center. Michael is leading a corporate change initiative that is designed to maintain fiscal stability in the new healthcare arena for community mental health in Wayne County, Michigan. Taking his lead from the company’s President, Michael is strategizing to foster growth within an expanding integrated healthcare environment; in the response to a major overhaul in service delivery; that is guided by the new mental health authority. The assignment includes assisting with partnership development in physical healthcare, substance abuse, veteran’s affairs and information technology advances.

With over 19 years of executive experience, Michael possess outstanding administrative, managerial and client relations skills.

Dan Shelton, Director, Transformation Strategy

IT Executive and Transformation Change Agent with 18 years’ experience in managing large multi-faceted global IT organizations. Currently serving as Director of Product Management for Zscaler.

Prior to joining Zscaler, Dan served as the Senior Director for Global Networks & Telecom at Kelly Services. He was an early adopter of the direct-to-internet branch architecture and leveraged several cloud-based infrastructure and security services to lead a multi-phased Transformation Program across 900 locations in 22 countries.

Compuware as Program Director, as well as Director of the Governance Practice, Practice Director. Additionally have served a Chief Strategy Officer. A visionary strategist and change agent, applying approaches that achieve long-term success. Holds a Master’s in Education Technology and Bachelor’s in Public Administration. Awarded an Education Policy Fellowship from Michigan State University and holds certifications as a Project Management Professional and Six Sigma Green Belt. Kim serves as Board Member with several organizations, has garnered numerous awards, and speaks regularly at industry workshops and conferences.

Diana Bundschuh, Chief Information Officer

Diana Bundschuh’s technology experience has allowed her to digitally transform organizations by using a cloud-first philosophy to promote agile technology solutions that meet business needs.

She has held multiple CIO positions where she has created a customer-focused IT department, decreasing the on-premise technology footprint, and driving the value of technology.

During her career, Bundschuh has held positions at Oakland Community Health Network, Easterseals Michigan, and the City of Glendale, Arizona. She also has served as an interim CEO and was named in Crain’s Detroit Business Notable Women in Technology in 2018.

Cynthia M. James, Vice President, Networks and Information Technology Security
DFCU Financial

Cynthia M. James has 32 years of experience working in information technology focused on security and governance. She is presently the Vice President of Networks and IT Security at DFCU Financial where she and her team built the security program from the ground up. She has a strong understanding of cyber security, credit union needs, and a vision for future opportunities. With board level experience and a passion for interpersonal coaching, Cynthia loves bringing teams together to enhance organizational security.

Sam Viswanathan, Principal Architect

Sam Viswanathan heads Enterprise Architecture and Platform Management for Ford Motor Company’s ERP enabled digital transformation. He has held a variety of IT leadership positions across multiple domains and is regarded for his expertise in leveraging technology and Scaled Agile methodology to deliver strategic business value.

He has a passion to grow and empower high-performing global teams to drive digital transformation and competitive advantage. He is consistently recognized as a trusted partner by business executives and has represented Ford in the SAP Executive Advisory Council for Service Parts Management.

Sam holds an MBA from the University of Michigan (Ross School of Business).

Smruti Shah, Director, Risk, Compliance, and Delivery, Michigan Cyber Security
State of Michigan

Smruti Shah is the Director of Risk, Compliance and Delivery Division, for the State of Michigan’s Department of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB). Shah implemented the Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) platform for the state of Michigan and manages risk and compliance, through the GRC tool.

Ms. Shah brings 20+ years of experience in information technology focused on security and governance. Prior to joining DTMB, Smruti served for 14 years, as the Privacy and Security Officer for Michigan Department of Treasury and built the security program from ground up. Further, Shah interacted with the IRS, Social Security Administration, U.S. Department of Education, U.S. Customs and other federal and local units of the government to ensure compliance.

Shah holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
