Azher Ahmed, EVP, Head of Digital
Azher is the Head of Digital at Octagon, a Sports and Entertainment agency focused on maximizing sponsorship opportunities. Prior to that, he’s built and advanced the digital marketing offering at advertising and marketing agencies including DDB, The Martin Agency, Arnold, FCB, and Townsend (now a part of Epsilon). For over 20 years, Azher’s led technology and brand marketing efforts across virtually all categories of industry. Clients include McDonald’s, Wal-Mart, State Farm, GEICO, Comcast/Xfinity, Capital One, Conagra, and Mars/Wrigley. His career began in design and he strongly believes creativity is vital to solving large, complex business challenges.
Chris L. Carter, Global Head of Cyber Analytics & Reporting
Zurich Services US LLC
Chris Carter is an Information Security AVP and life coach. In his current role at Zurich as Global Head of Cyber Analytics, he oversees the coordination, development, and execution of a variety of complex information security programs and initiatives. His experience also includes designing strategies, defining target operating models, implementing roadmaps, assessing and designing risk management processes, and leading the execution of enterprise-wide implementation programs. His team is also responsible for the coordination of multiple workstreams that provide insights into Zurich’s global security posture.
His professional and philanthropic careers have allowed him to meet various thought leaders in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia. Carter is very passionate about developing and growing talent. He currently mentors and coaches professionals in the Cyber Security space across various verticals. Carter’s international experience includes working and living in EMEA, overseeing, and visiting operations in the Asia Pacific and Latin America. He currently holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s in Information Systems and several security certificates from ISACA, (ISC)², and AWS. Carter also holds a certification in Cyber Security Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
Anil J. Saldanha, Chief Cloud Officer

Anil Saldanha is the Chief Cloud Officer at Rush University Medical Center. He is passionate about cloud transformation in healthcare with a special focus on FHIR and machine learning. As a leader for Cloud Transformation Projects in healthcare, he is working with the Chicago Department of Public Health on the Cloud-Based COVID-19 Data Hub. As an executive with an entrepreneurial spirit, Anil has various publications, patents, and volunteer experience.
Chuck Frisbie, Field Chief Technology Officer
Chuck Frisbie is Sisense’s Field CTO for the Southeast US region. His main goals are to support and enhance several field teams in the region, both pre, and post-sales, and to help steer product direction and roadmap. Chuck is an advocate for building intelligent, data-driven applications and business solutions. He specializes in designing advanced data architectures and go-to-market strategies with a focus on large OEM and enterprise accounts. Chuck has a background in analytics, data warehousing, and smart grid utility applications. He is an amateur pilot and enjoys rock climbing, skiing, hiking, and anything else in the great outdoors!

In two decades of experience, Prathima earned the role of a trusted advisor by establishing credibility and proactive partnerships to align business and technology strategies. She is seasoned at creating entrepreneurial micro-culture for innovation, ability to scale and launch successful ideas /products by navigating matrixed organizations. Prathima is skilled in Digital Transformations, Simplification, Cloud technologies, and Technology-enabled business strategy. She leverages technology to seek challenging opportunities and develop and lead a team with empathy to craft inspiring solutions and disrupt the competitive landscape. Proven track record in large scale, acquisition & divestitures, financial stewardship, and vendor mgt.
Michelle Hobbins, Associate Vice President of Information Technology
Michelle Hobbins started as Associate Vice President and CIO of Carthage College in 2017. She is responsible for all Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and Library functions at the College’s 80-acre lakefront campus in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Prior to Carthage, she spent 9 years with Rockwell Automation, managing the IT/Security Portfolio, SAP Project Management, IT Compliance, and Governance. She also held multiple IT Management roles at MillerCoors and started her IT career with Accenture.
Michelle completed the Executive MBA program at Marquette University and holds an undergraduate degree from UW-Whitewater. She is a graduate of the UWM Strategic Leadership Series and SIM Regional Learning Forum and is a certified PMP.

Edward Wagoner helps clients create, implement, and manage their Digital Workplace Technology Strategies, leveraging 35 years of industry experience, including more than 15 years as JLL’s Global CIO overseeing its corporate occupier technology platform. He is currently Digital CIO at JLL Technologies, the division of JLL focused on delivering technology to accelerate innovation in commercial real estate.
