Stephen Lavin, Chief Technology Officer
Stephen Lavin is the Chief Technology Officer at Redbox. Stephen and his team drive all technology innovation, technology transformation, product implementation and execution and deliver performance driven, low cost business product and technology service solutions for the company. Prior to his role at Redbox, Stephen led all Technology initiatives at Outerwall Inc., the former parent company of Redbox, Coinstar and ecoATM. Stephen was responsible for innovation strategies for infrastructures and operations, technology R&D, business process engineering strategies, and technology execution for new adjacencies and new ventures as a shared service across the enterprise. Stephen has also held various technology leadership positions in Chicago at RedSky Technologies, Abbott Laboratories, and Arthur Andersen. A native New Yorker, Stephen attended Brooklyn Technical High School and received his Bachelor’s Degree from New York University. Stephen currently resides in Chicago.
Arun DeSouza, Chief Information Security Officer
Arun DeSouza is currently Chief Information Security & Privacy Officer at Nexteer Automotive Corporation. He has extensive global IT and security leadership and organizational transformation experience including as CISO and CIO. Arun’s areas of expertise include strategic planning, risk management, identity management, cloud computing, and privacy. His current interests include the Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain, Zero Trust, Software Defined Perimeter & Self-Sovereign Identity.
Arun earned Master’s and Ph.D. degrees from Vanderbilt University. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). He was honored by the 1st Global Cyber Observatory by induction into the CISO Hall of Fame.
Edward Wagoner, Digital Chief Information Officer

Edward Wagoner helps clients create, implement, and manage their Digital Workplace Technology Strategies, leveraging 35 years of industry experience, including more than 15 years as JLL’s Global CIO overseeing its corporate occupier technology platform. He is currently Digital CIO at JLL Technologies, the division of JLL focused on delivering technology to accelerate innovation in commercial real estate.
Daru Darukhanavala, Retired Chief Technology Officer, Board Member

Dr. Phiroz Darukhanavala (Daru) recently retired as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at BP. He has an extensive global background spanning 40 years in the oil and gas industry, holding several technology and business leadership positions.
He is currently active as an executive consultant and speaker, specializing in advising executive teams as well as boards of major corporations in various industries about introducing digital transformation, innovation, and the approach needed to foster a pragmatic innovative culture in large legacy enterprises.
Daru has also served as Board Director for public companies as well as high profile industry associations and universities. He was Chairman of the Society for Petroleum Engineers Global Digital Energy Conference.
Chris L. Carter, Global Head of Security Analytics

Chris Carter is an Information Security AVP and mentor. In his current role at Zurich as Global Head of Cyber Analytics, he oversees the coordination, development, and execution of a variety of complex information security programs and initiatives. His experience also includes designing strategies, defining target operating models, implementing roadmaps, assessing and designing risk management processes, and leading the execution of enterprise-wide implementation programs. His team is also responsible for the coordination of multiple workstreams that provide insights into Zurich’s global security posture.
His professional and philanthropic careers have allowed him to meet various thought leaders in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia. Carter is very passionate about developing and growing talent. He currently mentors and coaches professionals in the Cyber Security space across various verticals. Carter’s international experience includes working and living in EMEA, overseeing, and visiting operations in the Asia Pacific and Latin America. He currently holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s in Information Systems and several security certificates from ISACA, (ISC)², and AWS. Carter also holds a certification in Cyber Security Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
Jesse Bociek, Chief Information Security Officer
Jesse Bociek is a strategist, futurist, technologist, philosopher, catalyst, and visionary leader. Jess has 17 years of experience in enterprise risk leadership positions in large multi-national, industrial organizations. He has been responsible for designing and leading cybersecurity, compliance, privacy, and enterprise risk functions.
His current position, as the Chief Information Security Officer for DRiV, is his fourth Chief Information Security Officer role. He has also held Chief Privacy and Chief Compliance roles in previous organizations.
Jesse has a degree in Computer Engineering and Business Administration from Milwaukee School of Engineering and has traveled extensively, working in major metropolitan areas across Europe, Central & South America, and Asia in years past.
Azher Ahmed, Executive Vice President, Chief Digital Officer US
Azher is the EVP/Chief Digital Officer at DDB in the US, overseeing offices in New York, San Francisco, and Chicago. He’s an unapologetic nerd and believes good leadership is involved and accountable throughout.
Before that, he has built and led the digital marketing practice at The Martin Agency, Arnold, and FCB with clients such as McDonald’s, Wal-Mart, State Farm, GEICO, Comcast, Capital One, Conagra and Mars/Wrigley. His career spans across disciplines including creative, technology & production, strategy, business leadership, and digital transformation.
Azher’s career began in design and he strongly believes creativity is vital to solving large, complex business challenges.
Bob Turner, Chief Information Security Officer, and Director, Office of Cybersecurity
University of Wisconsin-Madison
Bob Turner is a Higher Education Chief Information Security Officer and leads the information security and privacy program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His team provides cybersecurity services including risk management and compliance, security operations center, security tools support cyber intelligence analysis, security awareness, and information technology policy. Previously, Bob managed cybersecurity consultants delivering security assessments and cybersecurity inspections. Bob served in the U.S. Navy for 23-years as a telecommunications operator then as a Communications and Information Systems officer. He earned BS and MS degrees in Management and Information Security and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
Wiktor (Victor) Mikos, Chief Information Officer
Wiktor (Victor) Mikos has spent over 20 years in Systems / Network Engineering, IT Infrastructure & Operations leadership positions in the financial technology and e-commerce arenas. His approach has always been very hands-on in overseeing global IT and data center environments, mentoring and guiding distributed teams, implementing best practices to everyday operational undertakings while shaping future strategic directions for organizations leveraging emerging technologies and innovations.
Wiktor has obtained both his graduate and post-graduate degrees from Illinois Institute of Technology in MIS and Telecommunications Management fields and has received many awards and certifications in his areas of expertise over the years.
Rafael Diaz, Principle, Digital Transformation Practice
Mr. Diaz currently serves as the Principle for the Digital Transformation Practice, where he leads the growth, development, maturation, and capability improvement for the Cyber, Cloud, Data Analytics, Training, and Software Modernization Practice Domains at Northrop Grumman in the Defense Systems Sector. Before this role, Rafael led as the CTO for the Health and Social Services unit in the Health Solutions business unit. Rafael is helping create a digital transformation culture through a technology strategy that focuses on customers’ business drivers for an optimized business operations model.
Rafael recently served as the CIO at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development where he ushered in a series of transformational initiatives that helped departmental program offices leverage key technical capabilities to enhance innovation and improve customer service.
During his tenure at the State of Illinois, Mr. Diaz served as the State CIO as well as CIO for the Department of Human Services. His latest roles in Illinois included State Chief Cyber Security Advisor and State Chief Information Security Officer.
Jason Rader, National Director, Network & Cloud Security

Jason Rader joined Insight in 2015 as the National Practice Director of Security. He is charged with managing Insight’s security portfolio including strategic consulting offerings and technology-focused solutions. Jason has over 20 years of experience and has a deep understanding of the skills, tools, and methodologies required to deliver true solutions related to today’s security challenges. He likes to be known as a “business consultant who happens to be a security expert” and not the other way around. This approach has afforded him success because it requires vision beyond security projects and focuses on business outcomes. Jason is known for his expertise in operationalizing security and being a thought leader and sought after speaker in the threat intelligence and security operations spaces. Before joining Insight, Rader was the Chief Security Strategist and Director of Cyber Threat Intelligence for EMC’s Security Division, RSA, where he was focused on developing enterprise security management strategies in the areas of health care, government, and the financial sector. He also led the RSA Research group in the collection and publication of cyber threat intelligence related to the latest cyber-attacks and advanced threat groups.
Archie Roboostoff, Head of Product Management, Functional and Performance Testing Portfolio
Archie leads the product management team for the Performance and Functional Test portfolio within Micro Focus. Archie has more than 20 years’ experience in the enterprise software industry and is focused on delivering solutions that take into account the overall developer and user experience. Before this role, Archie was responsible for the software, delivery, and testing solutions acquired through the acquisition of Borland. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of California Santa Barbara.
