Tim Dentry, Chief Technology Officer
Tim joins WIN Connectivity as the Chief Technology Officer, bringing 20+ years of technology experience in a variety of technology sectors. Tim has worked in various engineering, design, and support roles with technology ranging from carrier-class networking equipment, enterprise, and data center, health care IT, cybersecurity, and real estate. Tim has worked in both established communications companies such as MCI and Lucent and has also been a part of early-stage startups such as Edgewater Networks, taking products from the design phase all the way to implementation and ongoing lifecycle management. Tim provides support for the broader WIN team by focusing on key areas such as technology evolution, product development, and design, as well as OSS/BSS and back-office solutions. Tim brings to WIN the experience of leveraging cloud infrastructure to deploy WIN’s technology solutions and is responsible for the lifecycle support of all of WIN’s technology offerings including Connectivity-as-a-Service. Tim is proud to have served in the Marine Corps for fourteen years, in various unit leadership and operational planning roles, and is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
Patrick Benoit, Vice President, Global Business Information Security Officer
Patrick is the Global Business Information Security Officer for CBRE. He was formerly the Deputy CISO for Cheetah Digital. He has been an Executive Business Partner at Experian; a Customer Delivery Executive and Service Delivery Leader at Dell; and owned a technology consulting company. He is a highly effective Business Leader with a mastery of Technology and Security. He is also a Writer, Speaker, and a continuous Mentor/Advisor, and Learner.
He has demonstrated repeated success guiding business strategy to achieve maximum positive business impacts with minimum resource expenditures. Patrick has a proven talent for building and launching global technology and security programs, grooming high-performing teams across all domains, plus guiding the digital transformation, enhancing the digital customer experience, driving and enhancing revenue using technology, and reducing risk to the business. He is a skilled executive leader, presenter, negotiator, and businessperson, able to forge solid relationships with strategic partners and build consensus across multiple organizational levels.
Nav Chawla, Senior Director, Digital Transformation Solutions
Nav Chawla is a Senior Director Digital Transformation Solutions for Baker Hughes and responsible for delivering Transformation Roadmap and Technology Solutions for O&G customers to improve the reliability of mission-critical systems, increase production, and cut-down operational cost. Nav is a well-rounded cross-functional leader with expertise in Advanced Analytics, Digital Transformation, Technical Sales, and Product Management. Skilled in various facets of the business from identifying unmet business needs, building differentiated products, redefining commercial models, implementing solutions, and developing services.
Riaz Yusuff, Chief Information Officer | OHR

Riaz Yusuff is a Chief Information Officer of OHR at the University of Minnesota. Riaz started his career as a developer and played various roles including project manager, IT manager, and IT director. Before the University of Minnesota, Riaz worked at Capella University and Computer Science Corporation.
During his 19 years of IT experience, Riaz implemented several on-premise and cloud applications. With his dual master’s degree in IT and Business Administration, combined with broad IT experience, Riaz developed strong business acumen and skill to align IT’s culture to business culture.
Marcus Manning, Director of Information Management and Data Analytics

Marcus Manning is a strategic and innovative IT leader with over 20+ years of industry experience. He currently leads the Information Management and Data Analytics Practice for Texas Dow Employee Credit Union (TDECU). Throughout his career, Marcus has served in several leadership roles including, IT Operations, Engineering and Architecture, Application Development, Data Analytics and Board of Directors. Marcus has a diverse background of industry experience in Oil and Gas, Airlines, Heath Care and Finance. He is a visionary leader with a strong focus on strategic planning and execution. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
Raj Singh, Global Head of Applications
Raj Singh is Global Head of Application and leads all aspects of information technology applications and digital transformation at Horizon Global, a $ 1 billion company. Jim Penrose, Chief Operating Officer
Jim Penrose has solved complex challenges faced by the private sector and the US Intelligence Community. His experience includes 17 years of service at the NSA and 6 years in the Senior Executive Service. His roles include Founder and Chief of the NSA Operational Discovery Center, Technical Director for Counterterrorism, and Mission Manager for the NSA/CSS Threat Operations Center. Jim received numerous commendations including the Presidential Rank Award and the National Intelligence Exceptional Achievement Medal from the Director of National Intelligence.
Jim also served as EVP & Head of Services for [redacted], Inc. and EVP for Cyber Intelligence at Darktrace.
Mark Wells, Solution Architect
Mark grew up in Greenville, SC, and graduated from Clemson University in 2002. Before joining Progress, he spent twelve years in the startup industry as a front-end web and native mobile app developer. Most of his time in that industry was spent developing fleet management and compliance automation software. After joining Progress in 2018, he served as a Solutions Engineer for Sitefinity, and recently became a general Solutions Engineer for all Progress products in the West.
Mac Sheehan, Cyber Security Practitioner
Cyber Security Practitioner with over 20 years of professional security experience. Strong knowledge of Cyber Intelligence, Vulnerability Assessment, Incident Management, Cyber Defense, and Security Operations. In Mac’s pre and post-sales engineering career, he has advised top global organizations spanning every major industry solved complex business challenges and worked with great leaders and technologists.
Trey Zenker, Cyber Security Executive

Zubair Faiz, Chief Information Officer
Zubair has 25+ years of Leadership experience in the Healthcare Industry as well as serves as Advisory Board to startups in HealthTech. His career span working for the American Heart Association to one of the largest Health Insurance companies HCSC which manages five Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Plan across the country and serving 16 million members. Performed various leadership roles focused on enterprise transformative projects ranging from digital transformation to customer service/engagement platforms and processes. Overall provided strategic and tactical leadership while focusing on bringing innovative technology and products to market and helped the organizations to significantly scale operational capabilities. Played a key role in M&A activities and establishing the health exchanges business. I am very passionate about developing and mentoring high performing teams to deliver results. He resides in the Dallas area and serves on various local and international non-profit organizations and mentor area health and technology entrepreneurs.
