Satish has more than 20 years of experience in driving rapid growth using technology. He is currently CTO at Architectural Surfaces, a leading national distributor of Stone products. He previously served as Founder and Managing Partner of A5 Ventures, a growth advisory, and tech ventures incubation firm. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President for Innovation for Simon Group Holdings where he was instrumental in creating several successful technology startups. He also worked with Deloitte Consulting where he provided M&A advisory services for several mega global deals.
Satish holds an M.B.A. in general management and corporate strategy from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from SVU College of Engineering, in India. Satish is active in philanthropy through his KR Global Foundation and enjoys Michigan Wolverines football and basketball.

Prior to joining D&M, Henthorne has 25+ years of IT Leadership experience in the energy industry. He worked as the Manager of IT Strategy & Planning for Phillips 66 where he was responsible for IT strategy, innovation, enterprise architecture, long-range planning, staffing, and the program management office. He has driven change programs and has successfully navigated major acquisitions, dispositions, and spin-offs. He held senior IT leadership roles with ConocoPhillips in the US and the UK.
Henthorne graduated from Texas A&M University in 1989 with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Bob Reny, Chief Technology Officer

Bob Reny is a recent addition to the CTO team at Exabeam. His 27 years of experience in information technology starting in systems administration and security in the US Air Force. This started a path for all things security, focusing on computers and networks. Bob has done network security design, firewall architecture, IPS deployment, network access control, and endpoint security architecture. Large program security includes zero trust, Operational Architecture safety/security. His expertise has supported customer organizations public and private. This covers scaling for many large federal agencies, and global 1000 companies in many business verticals across finance, utilities, service, and technology. Bob has been a CISSP for the past almost 22 years and continues to help organizations evaluate the broad security policy to streamline Security Operations Center activities. This includes improving cross-functional processes for change management, incident response, event escalation, and response.
